"i went for afternoon tea and left pretty..."
i went for afternoon tea and left disappointed. the room looked nice, but the service was slow and didn’t feel very welcoming. the sandwiches tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while, the scones were dry, and no one really came by to check on us. for what it cost, i expected a lot better. we left annoyed and still a little hungry.

"Pretty noisy, especially for the price"
I had a hard time relaxing here. There was street noise, plus people talking and moving around in the halls late at night, and it kept waking me up. Maybe I just got unlucky, but something about it felt way more disruptive than I expected. For what I paid, I really thought it would be a quieter stay, and it kind of ruined the night for me

"Nice-looking place, but not very welcoming"
The place definitely looked fancy, but it felt kind of cold and uncomfortable. I didn’t really feel relaxed or welcomed while I was there, and that part was weird...

"Room wasn’t clean when I got there"
When I arrived, the room just felt dirty right away. There was dust everywhere, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I’m not asking for anything fancy, just a clean room, so it was frustrating to feel like that basic request was ignored

"Room wasn’t as cozy as I expected"
I stayed here thinking the room would be comfy, but it was just okay. The bed was a little too firm for my taste, and the pillows were kind of flat, so it never really felt super relaxing.
The room also got warm at night, and the AC didn’t seem to do much, which made sleeping a bit rough. The location was nice and everything, but for the price, I was expecting better comfort. Not awful, just a bit of a letdown.

"Not the way a special night should be treated"
I came in hoping for a nice special night, but it felt like we were being ignored most of the time. The service was really slow, and nobody seemed to care much that we were waiting. I get that places get busy, but it doesn’t feel right to charge people for a special experience and then make them feel like an afterthought. For what we paid, it just wasn’t worth it.

"Check-in and check-out were a headache"
I felt like I had to keep an eye on everything during my stay. Check-in took way too long, and the staff seemed confused about what was going on. Then check-out ended up dragging on too, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience, and I’d probably be careful about booking here again unless I knew they had things more organized.

"Honestly, I just remember it feeling overpriced"
I don’t remember every little detail about it, but what stuck with me was the price. For what I got, it just didn’t feel worth the money. Maybe there were a couple of decent parts, but clearly not enough for me to remember them.

"Nice place, but the service was all over the place"
The dining room was really nice and comfortable, but the experience was a bit frustrating. My pasta came out cold, and when I asked about it, I kept getting different answers from different staff members. One person said they’d remake it, another said they could just heat it up, and then it took a while for anything to happen. The food was okay in the end, but the slow service and inconsistent answers kind of ruined it for me...

"For the price they charge, I expected a..."
For the price they charge, I expected a lot more. The amenities just didn’t really match the impression the place gives off. The gym felt cramped and basic, and some of the common areas looked a little worn out. Wi-Fi was frustrating too, and using the facilities wasn’t as smooth or convenient as I thought it would be. It wasn’t terrible, but something felt off, like it was trying to feel 5-star without actually delivering that experience

"Nice place, but the service was slow"
I really wanted to like this place, I really did. The space looks nice and has a good vibe, but the service was just slow, slow enough that it started to get frustrating. I had to ask twice for basic help, and it didn’t feel like anyone was in much of a hurry or all that friendly. For the price, I expected a little more attention. It wasn’t terrible, just disappointing.

"I don’t want to be too harsh..."
I don’t want to be too harsh because maybe I caught them on an off day, but the staff came across a bit rude and unprofessional during my visit. It made me feel uncomfortable enough that I’d be hesitant to go back unless I knew the service had improved.

"Decent spot, but kind of a pain"
On the map, this place looked super convenient, but actually getting around was way more annoying than I thought. The area outside was stupid busy, and trying to get a taxi felt like waiting forever for no reason. It’s a nice enough spot, but not the best if you’re hoping for a chill, easy stay
